Privacy policy

Sentinel works with public blockchain data and keeps very little about the people who use it. This page lists exactly what the hosted service stores and why.

What we do not collect

What is stored

DataWhyHow long
Decision log: wallet address, a short summary of the request, the decision and its reasonsSo owners can see why a wallet said no. Public through /api/journal.Kept
IP address with a request counterRate limiting, 30 requests per minuteUp to 24 hours
Telegram chat id linked to a guarded walletTo send approvals, blocks and freeze alertsUntil you send /stop
Freeze state of a guarded walletThe kill-switch must hold until the owner unfreezesUntil unfrozen
Token scan resultsCache, so repeated scans are fastReused for 60 seconds
Daily call counts per endpoint, without IPs or walletsTo see load and errorsKept

The hosting provider also keeps short-lived request logs, which include IP addresses, for operating and debugging the service.

Services that receive data

To answer a request Sentinel sends token addresses, wallet addresses and transactions to:

The service runs on Vercel and stores data in a Neon Postgres database. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.

Blockchain data is public

Everything Sentinel analyses is already public on Solana. Transactions you sign and send become public and permanent on-chain, independently of Sentinel.
